They did not charge my 2 hours late check out because of my flight. The check out timing is 11am which is a bit too early. I was asking them a day earlier for late check out but i was informed that i would be charged for Rupees 400 for an hour with maximum for 4 hours. Failing i would pay another days rate. Anyway when i was checking out at 1pm , i was told nothing to pay. God bless them.

Spacious and bright room, clean bathroom. The sofas were ergonomically designed and very comfortable.

Rooms are cleaned and spacious! Food food and breakfast options. Bar available if required. In a busy area near gandhipuram. Outside food allowed and lot of options nearby. Staff very helpful and efficient. Jet spray problem was addressed and replaced asap.

The kitchen staff is superb ... The breakfast was yumm and the kitchen staff made all the possible ways to make us feel comfortable... The location was really good and also the rooms were clean n tidy.

location was good (3 km from train station and 8km from airport) and manager was very kind and accommodating, giving us directions for specific shopping and making sure we would have a taxi to the airport on meter so would not be overcharged.

Staff at the reception was kind and nice. But the guy who served coffe in the morning was not hospitable. He also did not accept 10 rupee coin for the reason "thus rupia coin ither nahi chaltha hi" and his tone was not an acceptable one.

Restaurant food was exceptionally good, so was the Bar service Complementary breakfast also was very tasty and had both North n South Indian options. Room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view of the city Staff very courteous and helpful
